Geezo Manny and Neha, what a gorgeous place you have! I heard you probing Dave to see if he'd move downtown, but I didn't hear what he said. Was he open to the idea? I think seeing your new place may have inspired him. :) And I certainly wouldn't mind renting out the Edgewater place if I could make a profit. Would need to get those floors in first though.
