iphoto for Windows? Not quite, but almost!!!!!!

This is the most amazing photo filing software ever! It organizes your photos wonderfully, with just one click! Pulls every last thing from your computer and sorts by folder, year, etc...It's fab. It's called Picasa. You guys must try it out.
