Electrical service?

Okay, apologies to all -- work's making me do this. It's part of a customer service initiative -- everyone in our department has to reach out to the public and inquire about the customer service they've received from their electricity provider (i.e., us).

Anyone had any problems with their electrical service this year? If so, let me know what so I can forward that info to our Customer Service folks.

I've got a problem, it's too expensive!!

Lower your prices. Also, I would like higher quality electricity, like the Hilfiger or Boss type. These Sears brands make me feel real cheap.

I've been lucky. There have been power outages in the building north and south of me in the last year, but not in mine. I know the one south of me was due to a fire, but it took them two or three days to repair lines. Can you imagine living without electricity for two or three days?? And the Jewel on Broadway lost power over the weekend.

But personally, I am very satisfied with the service I've received from ComEd employees. ;)
