Jellyfish So Beautiful

One of the things Eva and I did while in California was visit the Monterey Aquarium. I *love* aquariums and sealife and have visited many all over the place. The Monterey one is my favorite. One of the "newer" additions is an entire section of jellyfish. Simply amazing and beautiful.

Beautiful! I remember going there when I was in college while interning at an RTNDA conference...wow, back in 1995. That's where I petted my first stingray!

Sure. Jellyfish is yummy and crunchy. Doesn't have much taste, so the sauce is critical. Its usually served as a first course as part of a dish of cold food.

I feel strawberries are very beautiful, and I like to eat them. Actually, many fruits and vegetables are quite beautiful. Edible flowers are fun too. Lots of beautiful herbs!
