Profiteroles at Quartino

Eva and I along with a bunch of friends recently tried Quartino, a new Italian "tapas" concept restaurant owned by the Gibsons/Hugo Frog Bar folks. Dishes are mostly <$10 and meant to be shared. For six people, we ordered around 15-16 dishes including anti-pasta, a pizza, mussels, gnocchi, risotto, and three desserts. They serve wine by the glass and bottle but also in "quartino" size. The place was packed and noisy. Service was so so but it is a fun place and hopefully will improve over time to the Gibson level.

When are we going?

Great food. And it's vegetarian-friendly. :)
