Fresh, virgin Vosges

Okay, Brady and Eva TOTALLY trumped my Vosges bar, but I'm telling the story anyway! :) Awhile back, I successfully bid on a print taken by Vosges chocolatier founder, Katrina Markoff. I asked if she would sign it, and she said yes. Went to pick it up today from their corporate hq, and they gave me a bar of chocolate, made yesterday, a new one that hasn't been in stores yet!!

Just took my first bite, it's heavenly. You really can smell a bit of eucalyptus, and then there's a snap as you bite into the uber smooth dark chocolate, followed by the crunchy texture of organic walnuts, then a chewy surprise from the dried plums. Yum!
