I want to know around what time you'll be passing in front of my place? I usually don't get back from covering marathon till around 10am cause i have to walk home around detours, but if i miss you there i'll be at finish line if you give me an approximate time.... SO EXCITING
Don't know what mile you are, but i'm betting I cross the start line around 9am, then figure I'll be running an average of 11 or 12 minutes per mile (slower because of the distance)...then you'll know where I am at what time. So if you will be at mile 10, then 10 miles x 12 minutes per mile = 160 minutes after 9a.
Or, just have the notice texted to your phone, and you won't even have to wait for me. :)
cool, just signed up for tracking!!!!
lol, thanks :) if you want, you can also join jen keller and ami (you met them before the cubs game). Dave's running it too, and a few other of their friends, so they're going to be running from spot to spot up in Lakeview, prob too far north for you, and I need you to give me River North props :) Blagica's going to be down on Roosevelt and Mich. on a beach chair, and she's always up for company too :) I'll have "Tang" written on my arm and will be wearing black shorts, my oakleys that you know from skiing, and a magenta/orange/white jersey that will look like ass by the time I reach you :) Take pictures, I will look terrible!
rofl...actually i signed up to track dave too. As it turns out I won't be doing interviews in early am because of damned cubs. I'm supposed to cover both cubs and marathon from Wrigley since runners will be going by while people trying to get to game , if there is a game 4. Now that is going to be crazy. I hope to be home by 10am though and I should still catch you there since it's mile 12. Then Manish, Neha and I will be at finish line.
