Why are people in California supermarkets and Jersey malls so dumb? Hispanic food, I tell you. THERE IS NO SUCH THING!!!!!!!!

But OK. I'll bite. Chinese/Hispanic mixed food is:

Egg Foo Young with Chorizo
Kung Pao chicken tacos
and of course
Sweet and sour enchiladas

I went to Ranch 99 too! But in San Diego, we don't have a Chinese/Hispanic aisle. We have a Taco Bell. That's authentico Mexico.
