He did say "man, after all this new development down here i'm inspired." haha. Rent it out if u wish, u can make a good profit. But, if you truly love it, you can save that much money from having to get a new place, buy a new place, and rent that out. It be what it be

Not sure what the profit would be though...sure, my mortgage is low, like $1000, but the assessment is $400. Actually, I probably could rent my place out for $1400. Huh.
That would actually increase my liquidity in fact, assuming that my monthly rent would be lower. Interesting...
