Picnic? Rent a boat? Jump into the lake??? Other suggestions???

I can see if he has space if you guys are interested. You can see the fireworks directly from his balcony...

These plans may change though since we have guests in town as well..

Honestly, don't ask me anything until we move... i am looking forward to new years eve do over:)
