Celery Root Salad
Take that, a mano! I was so disappointed by the celery root salad that I gave it a shot myself at home. It came out so darn good, it's now part of my standard repertoire. I took it where it wanted to go with some white miso, and that combined with the truffle oil...ah, perfect! :) It was super easy, full of flavor and tres healthy. Here's the recipe.
